CI Method English helps users learn English through curated comprehensible input and embeds publicly available videos from their original platforms.
Third-Party Content
Videos remain owned by their creators and platforms. We do not claim ownership of third-party videos.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to compromise the service, falsify progress, or use content in a way that violates third-party rights.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party video content will remain available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CI Method English and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
