デバイス、流量または濃度、目標酸素飽和度範囲を必ず明記してください。正確な記録例:"Oxygen via 28% Venturi mask, targeting SpO2 88–92%"や"High-flow nasal cannula at 40 L/min, FiO2 0.50, targeting SpO2 94–98%"。COPD患者では処方された目標範囲と各観察時に実際に得られた値を必ず記録します。"patient on oxygen"のような詳細のない曖昧な表現は避けてください。不正確な記録は危険な過剰または過少酸素投与につながる可能性があります。

「CPAP」と「二相性陽圧換気」の臨床的な違いは?

CPAPは呼吸サイクル全体を通じて単一の一定圧力を供給します。気道を開いた状態に保ち、虚脱した肺胞をリクルートすることで酸素化を改善しますが、換気を積極的には補助しません。二相性陽圧換気(BiPAP)は二つの圧力を供給します:高い吸気気道陽圧(IPAP)が各吸気を補助し、低い呼気気道陽圧(EPAP)が肺胞リクルートメントを維持します。これにより呼吸仕事量が減少し換気が増強されるため、特にCOPD増悪時の高炭酸ガス型呼吸不全に対する第一選択療法となります。BiPAPの設定を記録する際は必ずIPAPとEPAP両方の値を記録してください。

胸腔ドレーンのアセスメントを英語でどう記録しますか?
